We are a modern and rapidly growing Security / AV company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of high end systems, including cameras, data, access control and home automation/AV. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technician to join our team.
About the Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems for our commercial and residential clients. You will also provide technical support to our customers and work closely with management to ensure that our clients' needs are met.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and test security systems, including cameras, data, and access control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair security/AV systems
Provide technical support to customers.
Work closely with management to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
Experience with the installation and programming of security systems like Inner range, Hikvision, NX witness, Savant and RTI
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Security and cabling license preferred (or ability to apply for this)
