About the Role

Aramex Australia is currently seeking a casual Operations team member – Outbound to join our dynamic operations team.

I this role you will be focused on coordinating export freight activities, maintaining accurate shipment records, handling cargo safely, and providing exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in ensuring export consignments meet operational, compliance, and customer requirements while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely lift, move, pack, and handle cargo up to 25kg.

• Process and check cargo, shipment documentation, and export information accurately.

• Identify and report damaged freight, discrepancies, and operational issues.

• Follow export procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.

• Use computer systems to maintain shipment records and operational data.

• Meet export deadlines while managing changing priorities.

• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to daily operational goals.

• Communicate professionally with customers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.

 To be successful in this role you must have:

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable in completing assigned tasks.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
