Paramount Browns’ Gepps Cross is looking for friendly, approachable team members with strong people skills to join our growing sales team. Our business is diverse, and we’re seeking individuals who are eager to expand their knowledge across a wide range of hardware products.
If you’re enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with plenty of variety, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
This is a role where every day is different, and you’ll be supported with full on-the-job training to help you grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for delivering great customer service
Neat and presentable appearance
Strong computer literacy
Physically fit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to pass a full medical assessment including drug & Alcohol test.
Key Responsibilities
Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
Greeting and assisting customers
Preparing customer orders and quotes (in store and over the phone)
Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation
Loading customer vehicles with purchased goods when required
