Senior Business Analyst

You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong track record delivering in complex digital transformation environments, ideally within banking and financial services. You bring deep capability in business and process analysis, partnering closely with end‑users and Operations to design, validate and improve target‑state processes. Experience in Business or Commercial Lending and/or Operations —is a strong advantage.
Business & Process Analysis: 5+ years’ experience eliciting, documenting, prioritizing and tracing requirements across the delivery lifecycle.Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working with end‑users and Operations to design, validate and refine target‑state process flows.Facilitation & Elicitation: Ability to design and lead requirements workshops and conduct time‑and‑motion studies, translating insights into process flows.Agile Delivery & Planning: Strong understanding of Agile principles with capability to support Sprint Planning, assess story value and manage dependencies.Communication, Tools & Problem‑Solving: Excellent communication skills, strong Jira and Confluence proficiency, and proven ability to translate business/technical requirements and solve complex problems.Product & UX Alignment: Ability to partner with Product Owners and UX teams to optimise screen flows, with experience across CRM, case management and workflow platforms.Location: Sydney based with the ability to work from Paramatta when required to work with the Operations team
