About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both the Sales and Marketing functions of the business. Your day will include:

• Preparing quotes, proposals and sales documentation

• Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates

• Maintaining CRM data and assisting with sales reporting

• Coordinating marketing materials, social media updates and promotional content

• Supporting the sales team with scheduling, tender submissions and presentations

• Assisting with general administration to keep operations running smoothly

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a sales support, admin or marketing admin role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office Suite

• A proactive attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• A willingness to learn and collaborate across departments
