About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Sales and Growth Manager to support growth across an allocated state.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with Regional Managers, Business Operations Managers, Agents and local office teams to identify growth opportunities, build sales capability, improve conversion outcomes and support strong local market performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, building trusted relationships and turning commercial insights into practical actions that help teams grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside regional and local leaders to support growth across the state.
• Identify opportunities to increase client numbers, revenue and market presence.
• Use performance data to identify trends, barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and mentor Agents, Care Advisors, Community Engagement, Business Development and office-based teams.
• Spend time in the field observing, coaching and supporting teams in real situations.
• Lead Agent recruitment activity and build a strong pipeline of future Agents.
• Support Agent onboarding, performance and ongoing development.
• Build relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Contribute to national growth initiatives, Agent forums, training programs and continuous improvement projects.

About You

• Experience in sales, business development, growth or a related field
• Experience in the Aged Care or Home Care field would be highly regarded
• Proven ability to drive business growth and improve performance outcomes.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
• A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly.
