Salary: $94,478 to $106,906 per annum + Super + Salary Packaging
Campus: Rotation to all Peter Mac Sites [Peter Mac Melbourne, Moorabbin and Box Hill]
At Peter Mac we aim to continuously improve cancer care, research and education across all cancers and for all people affected by cancer: changing lives, breaking new ground. Everything we do is underpinned by our core values, Excellence, Compassion and Innovation. Welcoming people from a wide variety of different backgrounds and experiences is critical to fostering innovation, cultivating compassion, attracting and retaining top talent and providing the best possible cancer care for our patients.
This is an exciting opportunity to recruit to a permanent Grade 2 dietitian position within the Nutrition and Speech Pathology Department of this specialist cancer centre.
We are seeking an individual with many years of clinical experience in nutrition oncology and who is passionate about working with people with cancer (and their caregivers). The successful applicant will provide evidence-based specialised nutrition and dietetic services to inpatients and ambulatory patients in a multidisciplinary care setting at the Peter Mac Melbourne, Moorabbin and/or Box Hill campuses (with rotation at each of the campuses an expectation).

This includes seeing patients across the entire trajectory including patients from all tumour streams and undergoing all types of cancer treatment.
We are seeking a dietitian with demonstrated leadership skills, who is hardworking, adaptable and has excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. A structured and supportive supervision model is provided in addition to opportunities for accessing mentoring and professional development. In addition to clinical leadership responsibilities, this position includes the provision of education/training to students and colleagues, leading and supporting team members with quality improvement projects and research.
