Lead service that creates opportunity by:
Develop
and implement new programs and services to new and existing clients
Lead
and development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a
range of person centred programs and services
Overseeing
service delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen
outcomes.
Building
strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
Ensuring
accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
Upholding
compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
Why we want you:
Tertiary
qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
3+
years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
Strong
commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls, reporting and
performance outcomes.
Proven
ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement.
A
hands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education
pathways and drives new ideas!
