About the role
The Toolstore Coordinator is responsible for the accurate monitoring, servicing, repair and control of Liebherr’s range of specialist and general tooling.
This will include coordinating the maintenance and of all tooling equipment, liaising with suppliers and contractors and general store duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the issuing and return of tooling and equipment Maintain cost control savings over workshop consumable monthly spendLiaise with suppliers for quotation of tooling and equipment, for both repair and new purchase items.Coordinate the maintenance, repair, calibration and service of tooling and equipment Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for services and required materialsMaintain the SDS register (in conjunction with department personnel)Operate load shifting equipmentMonitor, report and control safety audits on tools and equipmentMaintain and update repair schedules and history for compliance / audit requirementsPreparing tooling for transport to sites
About You
High Risk Forklift License is EssentialExperience in warehouse operations EssentialMechanical Trade Background PreferredData entry - information maintenance/record keepingSound written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
