Requirements

• Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence

• Proven sales capability and strong negotiation skills

• Meet the Award requirements for commission-only employment

• Strong prospecting skills, work ethic and accountability

• Professional approach and commitment to client service

• Ability to work independently and contribute to the team

• Current driver licence and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Generate new business, secure listings and manage residential sales from initial appraisal through to settlement - end to end

• Develop lasting relationships with vendors and buyers to encourage referrals and future business

• Complete market appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections

• Present and negotiate offers while protecting clients’ interests

• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, complete timely follow-ups and work towards agreed performance targets

• Collaborate with the in-house support team to provide consistent and professional service
