Subway - Store Manager We are looking for someone who’s interested in being fully responsible with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the reason guests keep coming back!   About the role As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time.  You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensure both our guests and your team are met with a positive experience.   Duties Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store Provide a great training experience of onboarding team members Monitor stock levels and product wastage Managing deliveries Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store Rostering Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience   Skills and Experience Previous leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change Great communication skills Ability to lead a team environment   Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks   What’s great about working at Subway?
