About you
You are an experienced business analyst who brings clarity to complex work. You can engage diverse stakeholders, analyse and validate requirements, improve business processes, and translate business needs into practical recommendations and quality deliverables. You enjoy applying sound judgement and recognised methodologies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst supports the process improvement and end-to-end delivery of corporate digital solutions. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will lead discovery and requirements activities, analyse complex business processes, facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable business analysis deliverables. You will also support solution design, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, implementation and change activities to ensure solutions are practical, accessible and fit for purpose. This role provides an opportunity to influence how the Commission designs and improves its systems, processes.

You will be assessed against the selection criteria of the position, as outlined in the JDF.

A current (within 12 months) National Criminal History Check will be required prior to commencement of employment.
