About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a hands-on leadership role, combining your own sales performance with coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximise every opportunity.
  
Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading by example to achieve individual and team sales targets
2. Coaching and mentoring sales consultants to improve performance and close more deals
3. Working alongside the team to overcome objections and secure sales
4. Reviewing daily sales activity and identifying opportunities for growth
5. Ensuring all CRM leads and customer enquiries are followed up promptly and professionally
6. Becoming the key decision-maker in "saving the deal" before customers leave the dealership
7. Supporting the dealership's growth strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences

  
About You
You are a motivated sales leader who enjoys being on the showroom floor, working closely with your team and leading from the front.
  
You'll bring:

1. Proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate others
2. Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
3. Strong coaching, leadership and mentoring abilities
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. High levels of professionalism and personal presentation
6. A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
7. Strong computer and CRM skills
8. A current driver's licence
9. Previous experience in automotive sales leadership (highly regarded, but not essential)
