Diplomatik is seeking an experienced Process Operator to join their valued client based in Forrestfield, working a rotating shift of days and afternoons.

Casual Position | Monday to Friday | Weekly Pay | Rotating shifts (Days / Afternoons)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Process Operator to join our clients production team. This is a casual opportunity offering consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay with opportunity to lead to a permanent position.

About the Role as a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves manual handling, standing for extended periods, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and product quality
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Carry out manual handling tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Essential: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Highly desirable: Experience within the steel manufacturing or metal processing industry
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The physical capability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks throughout your shift
