POSITION PURPOSE

CMP Oilseeds Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated oil crush mill in Yenda, NSW.

Our business is expanding, and we are looking for committed and highly motivated people to join our team as Fitters (General) working in our Operations Department.

Fitters play a key role in the implementation and initiation of work activities passed on from the Operations Manager, following the maintenance and upgrade schedules of the production plant and equipment. Fitters will fit, assemble, and repair our production machines, check fabricated and assembled parts for accuracy, and will be required to cute, grind, and shape metal for upgrades and new installations. Fitters will work with high-pressure systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic-powered machines. Fitters must be able to work with limited supervision, focus on safe production and adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
