Job Title: Disability Support Worker (Casual)

Hours: 10-20 hours/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. Preferred Female workers In this role, you will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist client with Community Outing
• Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements.
• Implement individual care plans and ensure clients' needs and preferences are met.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in assisting clients with immobility
