Senior & Supervisor Accountant - Top 20 Firm - WFH Flexibility - No Timesheets

The firm:

Our clients are a very well-established CA firm who have been leading the accounting industry for the last 30 years. They offer service lines across Business Advisory, Audit & Tax. 

For such a well-established firm, they have a young team dynamic and a very open mind when it comes to implementing the latest cloud-based technology and being smart enough to remove timesheets (winning). 

They service a large scope of clients across all entity groups from small businesses to larger corporate clients and International subsidiaries, ensuring staff are consistently stimulated and gaining exposure across more complex groups. 
 
The firm also ensures that all levels of staff get direct access to the Partners, as they are all about that open door policy.

The Responsibilities: 

• Managing a portfolio of clients and an annual fee base 
• Conducting in-depth tax analysis of clients' operations and identifying areas for improvement
• Providing a range of advisory services and learning about both International subsidiaries and consolidated groups 
• Researching taxation matters and providing advice to clients
• Evaluation of Div 7A, CGT & FBT obligations
• Managing and maintaining client relationships 
• Reviewing and allocating work for junior staff members, managing workflow 
• Being proactive and a good team player

The successful candidate: 

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Services at a local firm
• Have sound knowledge across CGT, FBT & Div 7A
• Have commenced the CA or CPA program 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain client relationships
• Committed to continuing professional development
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
