Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator

About the role

This is an exciting and varied full-time role within the Milson Serviced Apartments division located in Milsons Point. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high quality accommodation for corporate and private clientele. You will be working in a small and friendly team with a can do attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Processing reservations and operating booking system (RMS)
• Checking guests in and out
• Inspection of apartments pre- and post-arrival to ensure presentation and cleanliness
• Coordinating and assisting with housekeeping and maintenance where required
• Store room and stock organisation and recording stock levels
• Stocking housekeeping supplies and cleaning chemicals
• Counting and recording incoming linen from the laundry
• Providing information about the apartments and the local area to guests
• Meeting the varying demands of in-house guests
• General admin and other duties as required

About you

• Minimum 6 months experience in hospitality or property management
• Highly personable customer-service approach
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• A proactive can-do attitude
• The ability to multi task
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisation skills and fluent in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Australian work rights required
• Available to commence employment within 2 weeks
