Wanted: OSHC Centre Manager (AKA The Organised Legends We're Looking For!)

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves creating fun, engaging experiences for school-aged children.
• Leads with positivity, kindness, and a great sense of humour.
• Knows how to build and motivate an amazing team.
• Can keep an OSHC service running smoothly while making it look effortless (we know it's not!).
• Enjoys connecting with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
• Is organised enough to manage compliance, administration, and rosters without breaking a sweat (or at least not admitting to it).

You'll be:

Leading a fantastic team of educators.

• Creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where children thrive.
• Building strong relationships with families and school staff.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the service.
• Supporting your team to grow, learn, and love what they do.

You'll bring:

• Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place (or the willingness to keep learning).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A current Working With Children Check and relevant qualifications (or the ability to obtain them).
