About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Hot Water Specialist to join our ever-growing team with an immediate start available for the right applicant. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term stable employment with career progression potential. Our aim is to have you in your own fully-equipped service van from day one, giving you the independence and tools you need to succeed.

You'll be working across hot water installations, repairs, and maintenance, diagnosing issues, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. This role suits someone who loves problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.

About You

Essential experience and qualifications:

• Proven experience in hot water installation and repairs (essential)

• Previous experience working at a hot water company

• NSW driver's licence

• NSW WHS White Card

• Mechanically minded with strong diagnostic skills

Desirable skills:

• Some electrical knowledge (preferred but not essential)

• Plumbers, Electricians and 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices are welcome to apply

• Love taking on challenges and taking responsibility for results

• High attention to detail

• Enjoy diagnosing problems and collaborating with other tradesmen

• Can work independently and as part of a team
