Senior Cancer Care Pharmacist (Gde 3) - Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital - Temp FT

Selection Criteria 

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

• Demonstrated high level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist: this includes advanced level knowledge of therapeutics in the areas of oncology and haematology, clinical trials, relevant legislation and ability to apply these skills in practice.

• Experience in aseptic manufacture with demonstrated understanding of current national standards and regulations for compounding injectable products is desirable.

• Ability to develop and implement quality improvement activities to improve cancer care pharmacy services

• Advanced skills in using computer applications including electronic systems, dispensing, database management, spreadsheets, word processing and expertise in the use of electronic oncology information management systems such as MOSAIQ, CHARM or ARIA.
