Our café named BOOSA Cafe is seeking 2-3 experienced baristas / Cook/ Chef and customer-focused all-rounders to join the team to gear up for busy period.

Key Responsibilities

* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern and Levantine dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.

* Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures.

* Service Efficiency: Work calmly and efficiently under high pressure during busy service hours.

* Team Support: Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.

Requirements & Skills

* Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience, with specific background in Middle Eastern, Lebanese, or Mediterranean cuisine or English Cafe/Restaurant.

* Knowledge: Deep understanding of spice profiles, grilling, and traditional preparation methods.

* Qualifications: Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate or relevant culinary qualifications.

* Work Vibe: Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

* Work Visa: Must have valid work visa to work in Australia.

who truly appreciate great coffee, value smooth workflow, and pay attention to the finer details — especially those who thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

* At least 1 year of barista experience (including a minimum of 6 months in Australia) . Familiar to to opening and closing especially deep clean for grinders and machines

* Confidence in dialling in, delivering consistent service, and maintaining a clean, organised bar

* Strong communication skills — clear and professional English is essential

* A genuine customer-focused attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a team-player mindset

* Dependable, proactive, and take pride in your work

✔ Experienced with taking orders and POS operation
