Join North & West Remote Health as a Support Services Officer (Administration) and play an essential role in keeping our services running smoothly. Based in Mount Isa, you'll support our staff, clients and programs through high-quality administration while contributing to improved health outcomes for rural and remote communities.

About the Role

• Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of services.
• Deliver professional frontline customer service and assist clients, staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate appointments, travel, fleet, building maintenance and other operational activities.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation while supporting reporting requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional community services.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in an administrative, customer service or office support role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
