About the role

In this role, our ideal Chef will work across a 7-day rotating roster (lunch & dinner service).

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• delivering high standards in food quality/presentation

• assisting with prep, service & general kitchen operations

• collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

• following food safety and hygiene standards

• contributing to a positive & supportive team culture

• supporting your team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What we’re looking for

• Australian residency or citizenship essential

• Min. 2 years previous Chef or Cook experience

• Strong teamwork & communication skills + ability to work under pressure

• A genuine passion for food and hospitality

• High-volume kitchen experience highly regarded

• Food Safety/Safe Food Handling certificates an advantage.
