An opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales PA to join an established real estate team, working closely alongside a high-performing Director.

The role provides hands-on exposure across listings, sales, open homes, auctions, campaign management and day-to-day sales administration.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Agent
• Assisting with listings and campaign preparation
• Managing open homes and auction preparation
• Supporting the sales process from listing through to settlement
• Managing sales administration and documentation
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
• Following up leads and assisting with business development
• Generating opportunities that contribute to new listings
• Managing and/or selling properties where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM information
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

• Structured commission and bonus opportunities based on direct contribution to listings, managing and selling properties
• Additional referral fee opportunities
• Performance-based sales bonuses available
• Commission and bonus payments subject to the applicable team and company structure

What We're Looking For:
• Previous Sales PA or real estate sales experience
• Strong interest in developing a career in real estate sales
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication and client management skills
• Commercially minded and motivated to generate new business
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The Details:
• Inner West location
• Offering a competitive base salary + commissions with an OTE of $90,0000 -$100,000
• Reasonable work outside these hours as required
• Saturdays required for open homes and auctions
• Structured commission and bonus opportunities
