Little Bear Child Care Cottage – Armidale

We have a position available for a Diploma Qualified Educator or an Educator working towards their Diploma to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are a small, 25-place community-based long day care service where we pride ourselves on creating a warm, caring and nurturing environment for our children, families and educators.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or is currently working towards their Diploma
• Is passionate about working with children and providing high-quality care and learning experiences
• Builds positive relationships with children, families and educators
• Is a reliable and positive team player
• Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
• Has a good understanding of the EYLF and child-safe practices
• Is willing to contribute to our programming and daily routines
