Accounts Officer

We are recruiting Accounts Officer. The ideal candidates should have a real interest in working in Technology.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly, quarterly management accounts and other reports as requested by managementReview and preparation of VAT & TDS returns (monthly)Preparation of monthly cash flow forecastPreparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly budgetManage cash position of the company, accounts receivables and accounts payablesReview and ensure that all invoices received from creditors are properly input on accounting systemReview and prepare payment instructions for transfers upon requestReview and prepare cheques for payments to suppliers as and when requiredReview, prepare and send invoices to clients

Experience

At least 2 years’ experienceSuitable financial qualification – ACCAFluent in English and FrenchDynamic & Self MotivatedGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, OutlookPrevious experience on Quickbooks
