You’ll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team — coordinating jobs, keeping customers updated and making sure everything keeps moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling servicing and repair jobs
• Coordinating workshop workflow and priorities
• Keeping customers updated on job progress
• Managing quotes, approvals and invoicing
• Working closely with technicians and workshop leadership
• Maintaining accurate job and service records
• Helping solve problems and keep jobs moving

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Service Coordination, Service Advising or a similar role
• Automotive, heavy vehicle, transport or fleet experience highly regarded
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers and technicians
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Good computer and system skills
