Join Blue Phoenix Group at Australia's first Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) processing facility in Hope Valley. We're looking for motivated, hands-on people who want stable work, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop into plant and mobile equipment operations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily safety checks and pre-start inspections

• Support plant operations and material processing

• Work at sorting and picking stations

• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Perform yard housekeeping and general site maintenance

• Record operational and safety information

What We're Looking For

• Strong commitment to safety

• Reliable with a positive attitude

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desirable:

• Forklift licence

• Plant, manufacturing, waste, construction, or industrial experience
