About the Role

Join our Conversion and Engagement team as a Conversion and Communications Coordinator, where you'll help deliver engaging communications and content that guide prospective students from enquiry through to commencement. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll coordinate campaigns, maintain accurate student information, and support student recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate content across email, web and digital channels;
• Support targeted student recruitment campaigns and communications;
• Maintain accurate information throughout the future student journey;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging;
• Monitor communication performance and identify improvement opportunities; and
• Support future student events and respond to prospective student enquiries.

About the Team

The role sits within the Engagement and Conversion team in the Student Growth and Engagement division. The team plays a key role in supporting student recruitment outcomes by developing and delivering conversion strategies and initiatives that guide prospective students through critical decision-making and enrolment milestones. This includes the development and execution of future student communications, production of recruitment collateral, management of recruitment data and operational processes, and the administration and optimisation of marketing automation platforms and associated technologies. The team works collaboratively across the University to ensure prospective students receive accurate, timely and relevant information throughout their journey.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field;
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences;
• Experience using marketing, CRM, CMS or email marketing platforms, or the ability to quickly learn new systems;
• Understanding of the prospective student journey and the factors that influence study decisions; and
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

Role Details

• Employment type: Fixed-term | Full-time appointment (12-months) 
• Level 5: $85,682 - $96,898 + 17% Superannuation
