Content, Marketing, Sales and Personal Assistant

About the role

Evolve Broome is looking for a Content, Marketing, Sales & Administration Assistant to support our social media, member experience, sales and day-to-day gym operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating content, connecting with people, generating sales and keeping things organised behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

Content and marketing

• Film and photograph our classes, coaches, members, events and facilities

• Create and edit engaging Reels, Stories, carousels and promotional content

• Assist with planning and managing weekly social media content

• Write captions that reflect the Evolve voice and brand

• Showcase our functional fitness, Pilates and recovery services

• Help promote challenges, events, memberships and special offers

• Follow current social media trends and adapt them to the Evolve brand

• Communicate with the Evolve Karratha team to share content and collaborate on campaigns

Sales and member experience

• Respond to enquiries through phone, email, social media and our lead-management system

• Follow up new leads and help convert enquiries into memberships

• Explain our memberships, classes, challenges and recovery services

• Welcome new members and support them through the sign-up process

• Conduct gym tours and help prospective members find the right option

• Follow up trial members and inactive members

• Assist with membership retention and ensure members feel supported and valued

• Promote relevant services, memberships and special offers

Administration and operations

• Assist with membership sign-ups, changes, suspensions and cancellations

• Maintain accurate client information in our gym-management system

• Respond to member questions professionally and promptly

• Support general reception and administrative duties

• Help organise marketing materials, events and promotions

• Assist with basic reporting, data entry and record keeping

• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional gym environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with new people

• Has a natural ability to build relationships and generate sales

• Is creative, reliable and highly organised

• Understands Instagram, Facebook, Canva and CapCut

• Has a good eye for branding, lighting and visual presentation

• Is comfortable filming in a busy gym environment

• Can work independently, take initiative and manage multiple priorities

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understands the importance of quality content and excellent customer service

• Has an interest in fitness, health and community

• Is happy to occasionally appear in content when required

Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, social media, marketing or content creation would be highly regarded, especially working with the Hapana app, core and grow.

This is a full-time position based at Evolve Broome. Hours can be discussed with the successful applicant and may include attending selected classes, events or activities to capture content.

This is a lifestyle job, enjoying the gym, saunas, ice baths, Pilates etc is important so you can show case everything Evolve has to offer. A 2 bedroom unit onsite can be made available for the right applicant.

There would also be a future opportunity to study to become a coach/personal trainer.
