The role:

The purpose of the Regional Manager at Secrets by Amaar is to develop and build high-performing, customer-focused retail teams to ultimately drive sales, the customer journey and operational excellence within 6 across VIC, NSW, and WA.

As the key support person for store leadership teams, the Regional Manager provides coaching, guidance and strategic direction to build capability, engagement and achieve business objectives. The role is also responsible for identifying performance opportunities, new initiatives, supporting talent development and acting as an escalation point for operational, customer and people matters.


Your day-to-day:

• Lead the overall performance of the 6 stores of your region, driving sales and the customer journey.

• Partner with the Retail Leadership Team to set expectations, identify opportunities and implement strategies that improve all store performance.

• Provide ongoing coaching, support and development to retail leadership teams to build strong, capable and engaged team members.

• Monitor regional performance, identify trends and proactively implement actions to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development initiatives to build future retail capability.

• Ensure consistent execution of Secrets by Amaar brand standards, customer experience expectations and operational processes across all stores.

• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for Team Leaders.

• Provide guidance and support on people, operational and customer matters.

• Lead and support the successful implementation of business and retail projects and initiatives.

• Liaise with the National Support Office teams with any escalated customer or team member matters.

• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences.

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in Regional/Area Management (jewellery or premium retail experience advantageous).

• Proven ability to build and lead large-scale retail teams.

• Strategic and driven to ensure stores exceed targets.

• Highly skilled in executing business goals that translate with the teams in store.

• Valid driver’s licence with the ability to travel between stores locally and interstate as required.

• Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
