Property & Commercial Solicitor

We are a prominent commercial law firm in the western suburbs located at Richlands/Forest Lake with a team of 13 staff including three conveyancing paralegals and 4 solicitors. We are looking for a full time solicitor of at least 4 year post admission experience with emphasis in property and commercial laws. 

You will work in a broad range of matters but largely in property and commercial matters such as commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leases (both landlord and tenant), and property related transactions.

Our firm practises largely in commercial and property work with all staff experienced those areas, with limited scope in family law, estate and commercial disputes. We offer flexible working hours and work from home arrangement if needed.

We use LEAP software. You will share the support of one secretary with another solicitor. Our team is a dynamic team who work closely to assist each other. You will be supported by our principal and other experienced practitioners. Your salary will be paid on the market according to your level of experience with appropriate incentives and bonuses for your efforts.
