This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to complex appointments while being supported by experienced senior practitioners.
The Role
Assist with corporate and personal insolvency appointments (liquidations, VA’s, receiverships, bankruptcies)
Prepare financial analysis, investigative reports and statutory documentation
Monitor compliance requirements and meet strict deadlines
Support asset realisation and stakeholder communications
Liaise with banks, lawyers, agents and external professionals
Conduct director and bankrupt interviews
Assist with financial modelling and case analysis
Review junior team output and provide technical guidance
Work closely with senior staff and appointees on complex matters
About You
2+ years’ insolvency or restructuring experience
Accounting/Business degree (or equivalent)
CA/CPA/ARITA study commenced or planned
Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and professional integrity
