This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters, gaining exposure to complex appointments while being supported by experienced senior practitioners. 

The Role

• Assist with corporate and personal insolvency appointments (liquidations, VA’s, receiverships, bankruptcies) 

• Prepare financial analysis, investigative reports and statutory documentation 

• Monitor compliance requirements and meet strict deadlines 

• Support asset realisation and stakeholder communications 

• Liaise with banks, lawyers, agents and external professionals 

• Conduct director and bankrupt interviews 

• Assist with financial modelling and case analysis 

• Review junior team output and provide technical guidance 

• Work closely with senior staff and appointees on complex matters 

About You

• 2+ years’ insolvency or restructuring experience 

• Accounting/Business degree (or equivalent) 

• CA/CPA/ARITA study commenced or planned 

• Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation 

• Excellent analytical and report writing skills 

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability 

• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

• High attention to detail and professional integrity
