MAINTAIN Group is a specialist mining services contractor operating across Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP), Fabrication & Supply, Scaffolding, and Industrial Coatings. We're looking for Section 26 (S26) qualified Operations Supervisors to join our team across our Coatings, Scaffolding, or SMP divisions on an ongoing FIFO 2:1 roster.

About the Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of on-site crews-driving safety, quality, and productivity across the project. You'll be the key point of contact between the crew and project leadership, ensuring work is delivered to spec, on schedule, and to the highest safety standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site crews within your discipline (Construction or SMP)
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with specification and client requirements
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety engagement with the crew
• Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety requirements, including confined space and working at heights where applicable
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other trades to manage interfaces and sequencing
• Complete and maintain relevant documentation - ITPs, ITRs, inspection records, and daily reports
• Manage crew performance, welfare, and rostering on site
• Identify and report any safety, quality, or productivity issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Current S26 qualification essential
• Proven supervisory experience within Coatings, Scaffolding, or SMP on mining or resources projects
• Strong working knowledge of relevant standards, processes, and site requirements within your discipline
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a crew on site
• Strong commitment to safety and quality on every job
• Individuals with a diverse range of experience
