We’re looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to join our IT familia and keep our restaurants, systems and Support Office running smoothly. 
 
This is more than a traditional support role. You’ll own complex escalations, get to the root cause and find smarter ways to make our systems faster, more reliable and more Mad for it. 
 
You’ll work across POS, restaurant technology, Microsoft 365, Azure, CRM, BI, cloud, ordering and loyalty platforms — connecting the dots when things get complicated.

What You’ll Be Doing 
 
Service Desk Escalation & Support 

• Own complex technical escalations and get to the root cause.
• Support and guide Support Analysts with troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Keep documentation and runbooks fresh and useful
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up diagnosis and resolution. 

IT Operations & Systems 

• Monitor and maintain our systems, cloud environment and restaurant technology.
• Manage updates, configurations and deployments across key platforms.
• Troubleshoot POS, EFTPOS, networks, devices, Microsoft 365, Azure and more.
• Support new restaurant openings, upgrades and technology rollouts.
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues. 

Systems, Integrations & Development Support 

• Support and troubleshoot system integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Manage automation scripts using PowerShell, Python or similar tools.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve authentication or data issues.
• Build smarter workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot and AI tools. 

Continuous Improvement & Technical Contribution 

• Spot opportunities to improve systems through automation and AI.
• Investigate recurring problems and turn quick fixes into better solutions.
• Contribute to technical projects, system improvements and deployments.
• Share knowledge and help build stronger IT processes across the team.
• Recommend smarter ways to make our tech more reliable and our people more effective. 

What You Bring 

You’re a hands-on problem solver who likes getting under the hood and figuring out why the hell something isn’t working. 

You’ll bring: 

• Experience in IT support, systems administration or technical operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune and Windows Server.
• Understanding of APIs, REST, JSON and integrations.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or similar.
• Experience across networks, POS, cloud and devices.
• ITSM and Jira Service Management experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• The judgement to use AI responsibly and validate its output.
• A curious mindset and appetite to keep learning.
• QSR or multi-site experience? Even better!
