What You'll Do

• Lead the day to day operation of the kitchen and set the standard for service
• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals including texture modified diets
• Deliver high quality bulk catering that meets resident and client expectations
• Maintain food safety, quality and compliance across all kitchen operations
• Coach, support and motivate your team to achieve consistent results
• Build positive relationships with residents, clients and site stakeholders

About You

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Proven experience leading a commercial kitchen with confidence
• Strong knowledge of bulk catering and texture modified meals
• Passion for developing teams and creating a positive kitchen culture
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
• Current Police Check and Flu Vaccination, or willingness to obtain before commencement
