Your Impact

As the General Manager, you will:

• Lead a team with energy, accountability, and professionalism

• Drive membership growth, retention, and commercial performance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across all areas of the club

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional team members and Department Heads

• Drive sales, retention, growth, and revenue targets in collaboration with the leadership team

• Oversee all day-to-day club operations and member experience delivery

• Ensure premium presentation standards are maintained across the entire facility

• Identify operational gaps and implement performance improvement strategies

• Manage a large-scale, multi-service facility

• Oversee rostering, payroll approvals, leave management, and operational compliance

• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, retention strategies, and financial performance

• Support and execute internal and external marketing initiatives

• Drive community engagement and club presence within the Springfield region

• Utilise reporting systems and operational software to drive accountability and efficiency

• Uphold TotalFusion’s policies, procedures, standards, and cultural values

• Foster a positive, high-performing, and supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within health, fitness, hospitality, wellness, or premium service environments

• Strong operational leadership capability across large-scale facilities

• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue targets

• Exceptional people leadership and team development skills

• Ability to lead with confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

• Strong understanding of premium member experience and service standards

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and operational excellence mindset

• Experience managing multiple departments and service offerings preferred
