As our network continues to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Franchise Business Coach to join our Franchise Operations team.

About the Role

As a Franchise Business Coach (FBC), you’ll work alongside Franchise Partners to help them build stronger, more profitable businesses and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing hands-on support to improve sales, profitability, operational standards and team capability. Through regular store visits, business reviews and performance coaching, you’ll help Franchise Partners identify opportunities, solve challenges and achieve their business goals.

Working as part of a high-performing Operations team, you’ll combine strong commercial acumen with practical coaching and relationship-building skills to drive success across your network of stores.

The role is responsible for supporting Franchise Partners across a portfolio of stores primarily located within NSW. Offering a high level of autonomy, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building meaningful relationships and creating real impact across the network.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced multi-site leader who knows how to build strong relationships, influence positive change and drive business performance. You’ll bring a coaching mindset, strong commercial acumen and a passion for helping franchisees succeed. You’ll ideally have experience in hospitality, retail or franchising, with a proven ability to improve sales, profitability, and operational standards across multiple locations.

Strong financial literacy, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, while knowledge of franchising and the Franchising Code of Conduct will be highly regarded.
