In this role, you'll:
Join the Information Access Unit, part of the Legal & Governance Branch, and be responsible for preparing reports, drafting various documents, and creating web content to support transport agencies' compliance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 and related legislation.
In this role, you will learn to read and understand legislation, compile complex reports, use various databases and tools, and contribute to the overall team's efforts by providing high-level administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and collating data to support the preparation and production of key management reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to inform management decision-making processes.

About you
• Strong experience in administrative support and/or data entry roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management system
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
