The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading national organisation and support a major workforce project with significant visibility across the business.

Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering a large-scale recruitment initiative, managing high-volume hiring activity and partnering with stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across a national branch network.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

About You

You are an experienced recruiter with a proven background in high-volume recruitment and stakeholder management. You bring energy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, and you're comfortable operating in environments where priorities can change quickly.

Experience recruiting within retail, banking, customer service, contact centre, telecommunications, or other volume-based environments will be highly regarded.

Working Holiday Visas may be considered.
