Registered/Enrolled Nurse ( Community)

Due to growth, we are excited to be seeking either a Community Registered Nurse or an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our highly experienced team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver person-centred, holistic care while working closely with clients, families and a dedicated team of professionals!

About the Role:

As an EN/RN with IHCSA, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality clinical care and supporting positive outcomes for our clients living in the community. You will work in collaboration with Care Partners, Allied Health Professionals and Support Workers to ensure that care is tailored, responsive and aligned with the Support at Home and Reablement model.

What you will be doing :

• Provide clinical advice and guidance to support staff and clients.

• Conduct regular comprehensive clinical nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans for clients.

• Provide nursing intervention based on your clinical findings including but not limited to, medication assistance, wound care and catheter care.

• Monitor and respond to changes in client's health and wellbeing

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Provide education and support to client's families and support staff.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care outcomes

About You:

• You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse.

• Relevant Qualifications and Current AHPRA registration

• Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence

• Sound evidence based clinical skills and knowledge - Wound management, Palliative Care, Catheter management (desirable)

• Understanding and compassion for the cultural and ethical implications of working within client's homes.

• Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and client empowerment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good documentation and time management skills
