In this role, you will provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service within our signature dining venues, collaborating with the team to ensure seamless high-end service.  You will demonstrate a comprehensive menu knowledge, anticipate guest needs to provide personalised recommendations, and effectively communicate dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.

What we are looking for

• Previous food & beverage experience in a high-end restaurant essential
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of premium wines and exceptional service standards
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
• Flexible availability with weekends essential
