The Role:

We are expanding! Due to on-going projects, we are seeking an experienced Production Operator, based at Arundel QLD, working day shifts across a Monday-Friday roster. This is a full time or casual position pending preference, working in a small fast-paced team, this role will include duties such as:

• Operating specialised equipment and machinery

• Manual assembly of high-tech ballistic protection products

• Utilising computerised test equipment

• Duties will include bandsawing, grinding, vac bagging with epoxy resins, and general plate covering.

• Preparation and packing orders and finalising products for shipment

• Following detailed production and safety procedures  

What we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment

• Ability to follow all company procedures

• Strong dexterity and attention to detail  

• Experience in operating machinery and material handling

• Able to manually assemble products

• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work unsupervised 

• Forklift and any equipment such as waterjet, paint spraying etc

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot

• You will be required to undertake a police check

• Must be an Australian citizen and QLD resident to be able to obtain a firearms licence
