The Role:

Due to an increasing demand, we are seeking 1 x Casual Community Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in the home setting, assessing their health needs, managing complex conditions, and supporting them with holistic care approaches. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing assessments and comprehensive care. 

• Manage and monitor medications, complex wound care, continence support, and stoma care.

• Develop and review individualised care plans in collaboration with stakeholders and other healthcare professionals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse with a valid AHPRA registration.

• Community Nursing Experience is desirable.

• Registered Nurse with minimum of one year post-registration experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• A genuine passion for supporting clients.

• Must be available minimum of 2 days per week.

To Be Considered for This Role, You Must Provide:

- Current AHPRA registration without any working conditions.

- Valid National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

- Full Victorian driver's license.

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Valid Employment Working with Children Check

- Right to work in Australia.

- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.

- Manual Handling certificate.
