The Company

We're partnering confidentially with one of Australia's largest and most recognised retail and ecommerce organisations as they embark on the next phase of their AI transformation.

Backed by significant new strategic investment, the business is building a new generation of AI-powered shopping experiences that will redefine how customers discover products, shop and engage with the brand. Rather than simply embedding AI into existing products, they're creating entirely new customer experiences through conversational commerce, autonomous agents and emerging AI ecosystems.

The Role

Reporting to the Grouo Product Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a newly established Off-Canvas AI & Agentic product portfolio.

You'll be responsible for:

• Defining the long-term strategy for AI-powered commerce and conversational shopping experiences.
• Building Agentic AI capabilities that enable customers to discover products, compare options, purchase and receive support through AI assistants.
• Driving product strategy across Generative AI, LLMs, conversational interfaces and emerging AI technologies.
• Partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Merchandising and Marketing to bring AI capabilities into production.
• Balancing customer outcomes, technical capability and commercial priorities to deliver measurable business impact.
• Identifying new opportunities to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and service efficiency through AI.

The Candidate

You'll be an experienced Product Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of emerging technology, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

You'll bring experience across several of the following:

• Generative AI, LLMs or Agentic AI products.
• Platform or API product management.
• Conversational AI or AI-powered customer experiences.
• Ecommerce, retail or digital commerce platforms.
• Product strategy, discovery and commercial prioritisation.
• Working alongside Engineering teams to deliver complex technical products and platforms.

You'll be naturally curious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build products that redefine how customers interact with a leading Australian retailer.
