Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You don't need a background in recruitment, although this would be highly regarded. What matters more is how you connect with people, your drive and energy, how you handle setbacks, and your commitment to a successful career.

You might already have experience in recruitment or a fast-paced, relationship and target-driven role. You could also be earlier in your career with strong transferable skills and the hunger to learn. Either way, we will provide training and mentorship to ensure your success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into permanent roles
• Using sourcing channels such as SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal database (JobAdder) to find candidates
• Screening candidates both on the phone and face-to-face
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first conversation through to offer and placement
• Fostering existing relationships while bringing in new business
• Building your personal brand by marketing yourself as a trusted advisor and consultant in the market
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment where support goes both ways
