About The Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll help restore and enhance natural environments while working alongside experienced project managers, environmental consultants and a passionate team. You'll be involved in:

Bush regeneration and ecological restoration activitiesNative plant identification and managementRevegetation planning and implementationWeed identification, control and monitoringHabitat enhancement and restoration workMaintenance and monitoring of environmental assetsCollaboration with project managers, clients and environmental consultants

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is genuinely passionate about protecting and improving our natural environment. You'll ideally bring:

A qualification in Horticulture, Conservation & Ecosystem Management or a related fieldExperience in bush regeneration, revegetation, ecological restoration or a similar environmentStrong knowledge of Australian native plants and ecosystemsA current Driver Licence and White CardChemical accreditation (desirable but not essential)A practical, hands-on approach and strong attention to detailA genuine passion for environmental restoration and biodiversity
