Nature's Energy is looking for an experienced builder or all-round tradesperson to look after and improve our three Sydney bathhouse and spa locations.

This is a stable, permanent role for someone who still loves building, fixing and solving problems, but might be ready to swap construction sites, contracting and chasing the next job for something different.

This is a stable, permanent role for someone who loves building, fixing and solving problems, and is ready to swap construction sites, contracting and chasing the next job for something different.

Key responsibilities

• General building repairs and maintenance

• Carpentry, gyprock and painting

• Tiling and wet-area repairs

• Doors, fixtures and fittings

• Minor plumbing and general repairs

• Pool, spa, sauna and steam-room maintenance

• Preventative maintenance

• Room refurbishments and new wellness projects

• Coordinating licensed trades when needed

About you

• Builder, carpenter, foreman or experienced all-round tradesperson

• Hands-on, reliable, practical and take real pride in your work

• Able to see what needs doing and get it done

• Pool or spa plant experience is a bonus, not essential
