About the Role:

We are seeking a mid-level Personal Injury Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, from initial client intake through to settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained injuries due to negligence.
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability claims.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and prepare compelling legal arguments.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and supportive guidance throughout the legal process.
• Stay up-to-date on legal developments and best practices in personal injury law.

Skills and Experience:

• 3 + years PAE in personal injury law.
• Admission as a solicitor in Queensland.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a caseload of personal injury matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
